Hazy days expected to continue

This is report in The Star recently: -

"The number of hotspots in Sumatra has increased further over the past 24 hours and with no change in the wind direction, the haze is expected to continue to shroud Malaysia. According to the Malaysian Meteorological Department, hot weather is also predicted until the end of the week. " Click here for full report

Itis so bad that some schoos in penang has to cancel some activities: -

"Schools in the state may be asked to cancel all outdoor activities as the hazy condition in Penang further deteriorates. The Air Pollutant Index (API) reading in Seberang Jaya, Prai, rose to 98 at 11am yesterday from 84 at the same time on Monday. It is three points from the unhealthy mark of 101-200. API readings of 0-50 are good, 51-100 (moderate), 201-300 (very unhealthy) and above 301 (hazardous)" Click here for full report
